Still working on sound stealing

I haven't really done anything until today and all of my attempts were a waste of time. Will someone go here (http://www.stileproject.com/samuel.html) and steal a sound, then tell and show me exactly how you did it?

Hey guy...its flash...that means that you cant just rip it out or some shit...its all compiled together...heres what you do, go find a program that rips flash files...I cant remeber what it was called but there was one for Flash shite if it was made in Flash4, anyway, thats yer only hope and its a very slim one at that...sorry...

.wav files are what you want, unless you're planning to include Carly Simon into your posts, then it would be .midi file.

There are free sites like here (http://wav-emporium.forsite.net/wav14.htm) that you can download them from.

Don't link to them directly, it would piss them off bigtime.

If you want to go posting them, you'll have to load them up to your own server, i.e. FTP.
