Another lil probrem

I'm trying to downsize an animated pic. Prob is, once it's downsized the animation stops and it's just a regular old pic. I've tried MS works and Adobe photo. What do I need to do?

You need to use an image animator program. I'm going to assum this is a gif image?

Ulead Gif Animator, maybe.

I think there are free ones on the interweb.

So, you you might have to resize each frame, I don't know.

its internet based and free, sometimes you lose quality when resizing but it just might do the trick.
